Even senior programmer Mark Allan wasn't able to go through all the patch notes for 2.1. So I bet if anyone of us would try, it would literally blow our mind!!!!!!:p

Beware of the 2.1 patch notes people!!!!;)

What about the stuff they had to do yesterday?

Seriously though, I'd imagine there is a bunch of stuff they have to do before they take the server offline, so yeah they could have done a bunch of stuff yesterday and taken it off line and just told everyone they couldn't play for 24 hours or something. I'm sure everyone would agree that was a good decision and leave loving kind messages in the forums :)

It just makes more sense to me to get everything ready the day before the release. Are they really doing a build for the game the day of release? Instead of slaving a way into the late hours, they could get it all sorted. Stroll in at a leisurely time on release day, press a few buttons and voila! Patch gets released and everyones happy. [squeeeee]

So you would prefer to get the beta tomorrow morning? Just wait until tomorrow morning then :)

If they did all the last minute stuff yesterday why not release it yesterday? They're trying to a get massively complex piece of software out as early as is possible so we can get at it, they're not sat around with their feet on the desk laughing about how little there is to do! :D

It'll get here just wait.

Thats all very logical but they said it was going to be today..[cry] And if I waits till tomorrow now, everyone will be jumping in before me and having a great time without me [hotas]
