This has been something that I've been thinking about for a while now, in the original novel and in some previous games, the Hammond Foundation was a subsidiary of InGen. But in Jurassic World Evolution it’s the opposite, InGen is a subsidiary of the Hammond Foundation.
What I would like to know is who are they, how and why were they established?
I have a theory but I wouldn’t say it’s completely solid.
After the 2015 Isla Nublar Incident, the Hammond Foundation acquires InGen, Jurassic World and Las Cinco Muertes from Masrani Global. The Foundation made a financial offer that proved irresistible for the Fortune 500 Corporation, who suffered a huge financial loss due to settling class-action lawsuits brought on by survivors.
The Hammond Foundation was created by a collaborative effort from former Masrani Global board members, investors and senior employees, who still believe in the Jurassic World Project, and the Lockwood Foundation. Benjamin Lockwood would definitely want to be involved with the project to fulfill John Hammond’s dream, and Eli Mills would definitely want to continue his involvement with Dr. Wu and Vic Hoskins' Indoraptor Project without hindrance and not have to go into hiding from the authorities, like they do in Fallen Kingdom.
