I was about to touch down & instead of saying " Set Speed to 25% " I said " Request Docking " b4 i knew it, it cancelled docking permissions & b4 I could get the docking permissions back the station opened up all lasers on me

Last night I slammed my unshielded Asp loaded to the brim with gold.....first death since the launch. One too many boosts when approaching the station

Last night I entered a station, forgetting to issue a docking request. I'd assumed I'd just bounce off the entrance (like the last time I forgot) but got a trespass warning instead. I tried a docking request before it twigged. Getting blown up cost me 150K in cargo/unclaimed bounties/insurance

I was seething for a couple of minutes, but got better...........

Just press reverse thrust boost, it counteracts the forwards motion.

26 million credit ASP... 84 tons of Palladium... intoxication and forgetting where boost was located. = 1 million+ credit insurance deductible PLUS the total loss of 1.2 million credits of cargo.
