Who Is Destroying the Diamond Frogs?

Im not here to shame DF for anything , i just noticed every system of theirs i go to, there power is in decline,they are not the controlling faction any longer in the system they got FD to rename for them (Frog).


let me reiterate im not shaming DF for anything here, i just want to know who is doing this, because they are doing a good job at working the BGS like crazy.




( the last thread i made " i quit thread" was parody, i just dont play as much due to work and it feels like i quit the game )

Not me.. and my crew doesn't do politics, so none of them either...

Of course, they could be doing it to themselves, if they've gone largely inactive. I don't think I've ever seen but one or two of them.

A brief look at the influences across their systems on Inara doesn't suggest that to me. The drop in influences across their systems is due to the war they're currently not fighting in Senones (only combat actions push faction influence in conflict states.) It's been going on for a while -- over two weeks -- so it suggests they they've either missed it, that they don't care, or that no one is currently pushing the faction.

They own 15 and have a presence in 18....
looked over their stats and nothing appears untoward.

i make it no secret i dont like them, they make chocies i disagree with , greatly. this thread isnt about them or why you should hate tem too, i just wanted to know who was attacking them,and more about the situation,

I can't say I know who Diamond Frogs are, but if they no longer do well in BGS then it's probably because they no longer care.

I don't know why some of the TWH members bother with BGS. To me it seems like a such a waste of time for nothing :p

With the BGS - maintaining a lot of systems is a challenge. WHen you try and take somewhere over, you are thrown into conflict states, whether election or war. If it's war, then ALL your systems drop in influence and it needs a massive effort to stop that. Sometimes, you drop enough that back to back wars are triggered, which then causes more drops, then more wars. Hutton got caught in a cycle of 6 back to back wars once. Wasn't a player group attack, was just the foibles of the BGS. It's a challenging task managing a player faction in a busy area of space. We've got it by the short and curlies, but sometimes it sneaks up on you and causes chaos.

If they're "not doing well" at the moment (which, looking at their stats, I don't necessarily agree is happening) it may simply be that!

Only a total fool would put a player group in a busy area of space as casual traffic causes all sorts of problems, as does the system being surrounded by power-aligned worlds. Needless to day, Hutton are that foolish as we're next to Sol. Still, it makes for fun gameplay.

Starting the thread with a disclaimer kills your credibility, and simply makes people wonder what your motivations really are.

Based on what you've said so far, I believe that your own attempts to damage this group via BGS have been less than successful, and now that you see their influence being affected by something else, you want to know what that something else is so you can either support it or join in in some way.

Not without a very good fight from a far smaller but much better organised force.

And yeah, "anarchy" in this game is a load of crap. It makes no sense.
