Who is Neil Tong ? and why he continues to appear and ask me to follow him 'cause has something important to tell ?

prologue ----------


today has been my longest day in Elite Dangerous.

Once i've taken the meta-alloy contract 2 days ago (at some station, i don't remember where) i was forced to go once more to the barnacles. (i just went there 1 time before a week ago)
Pity that once that i've taken one of those meta-alloy the contract is vanished (with my big disappointment)
So i went back to the obsidian orbital to get one special smuggler mission ''deliver 1 slave to LTT 11244 to gain 1.400.000 credits'' °_°.
Only God knows why i accepted...
3 minutes later outside the station, the police has begun to follow me everywhere
At each single new jump there was a police ship, to scan my cargo and stop me.
At certain point even a pirate npc assaulted me...
luckly i was fast enough to escape him ..but i continued the rest of my long travel at 3% of hull...
can you believe it ?

But sometimes it was not the police who appeared in my scanner... sometimes it was a strange npc named 'Neil Tong' (as the title of the thread).
He continue to ask me to follow him ..etc ..etc..

anyone knows what the heck is this Neil Tong and why he continues to appear on my scanner sending me chat messages ???

Neil Tong is like one of those young guys that turns up at your house, and cheerily say "Hello there!" then when you ask them if they're selling anything they say "I'm not here to sell you anything." and then proceed to try and sell you something.

Is it bad that I drop in on these 'offers' just to kill them to make them shut up?
Is it also bad that they're alive and well in the next system? Lol
