Who issued the bounty?

New to the BGS. I am told that I can disrupt a system by hunting bounties with a KWS that were issued by factions other than that which controls the system. I can't see how to determine which faction issued the bounty.

Been a long time since I used a KWS, but AFAIK you can't before the kill; it just shows a total value.

TBH, I don't know how it breaks down nowadays... I thought these days it was just a local faction bounty reward + some superpower bounty, which is much more generic.

If your the faction you want to support has jurisdiction anywhere, probably better to just go bounty hunt there, then hand those bounties in the target system (It's handing in the bounties, not the actual kills, which counts)

Minor point; I wonder what you mean by "disrupt"... that's a general negative connotation, and there's no negative effects from handing in bounties; it will increase the influence and security of the relevant faction (drawn from influence of other factions).

From this thread ...in taking down an Anarchy faction.. "Bonus effect : take and do a KWS on Targets, this typically generates Bounty Vouchers from other Factions within the Target System. Handing these in within that Target System can be used to additionally boost those Factions and reduce Inf of the Target Anarchy Faction. "
Not sure if this is correct but, if so, how you determine who issued the bounty.

If that's the mechanics, after the kill, go to your transactions tab and whoever issued the bounty will have an entry in there.
