You are looking for your carrier on the correct version of the game aren't you?

I.e. if you bought it on console after the changeover deadline it'll not be on PC...

If you have bought it on PC it'll not be on console either.

Addendum, also if you have bought it on legacy horizons after the changeover date & are now playing oddy (or visa versa) it won't be there either.
