I mailed Support and found out, my mug was sent many moons ago and I think I may have waited long past the time I should have to ask questions..
That will teach me not to ask... even though I didn't want to add to their work unnecessarily. Its worth sending a polite mail if you are still waiting for any backer's ap purchases apart from the obvious ship charts and star charts that have not been finalised

I havent any Kickstarter physical rewards yet... should I start emailing as I assumed they would be shipped with the box set...
I irdered a mug as an add-on purchase, after the official kickstarter ended.
I already chased it once, and I was told "Soon".
