whos out there? and where?

19042.25LY from Sol, traveling at best speed across the gap to the Perseus arm, then up the length of that and beyond. Jumping arms roughly along the line drawn by the long bar. Being on vacation of sorts I'll probably be able to get more distance than previous months.

On an unrelated note, when did Zachary Hudson claim Sol, has this always been the case?
I admit to not paying any attention to politics.

Just came from that direction, got stuck in the Orion Spur Shallows trying to jump between the Perseus and Sagittarius arm. Eventually gave up, now about 5kly out enroute to Sol for a refit and some beers.

2 nights ago I passed the 16K mark on my way to Sag A*.
Hopefully tonight I'll be able to log in and travel some more.

15K Ly from Sag A... At the let's get there point now after scanning a bunch of systems on the way. But there will be a bunch to look over on the way back.. lol

27000 LY from Sol, heading somewhat away from Sag A*, and getting distracted by nebulae when I should probably be turning for home.

On my way back from the core.
Arrived there an hour ago or two and signed the visitors book thread for SagA.
If you're all alone try adding the explorers list in explore section threads too. Plenty of us out there.feel free to add me.
Currently 24,843.05 lyrs from Sol. tosol.jpg

Good journey Cmdrs.

1800k from Sol and running deep. Picking my way more or less toward the Seagull Nebula but I don't plan to got there this trip. Plan is to stay down and keep tracking out.

Not far out, ~1100LY, at Gliese 2026. Stopped to take some photos for an explorer who requested them. Heading out to NGC 7822 next, and then some white dwarf and neutrino fields.

On my way back (sort of) from a max distance of about 59K, now 32K from Sol. Hoping to be back in time for the 'Holidays'

He started with it, obviously as it is the capital of the Federation.
Mahon also started with Alioth, as obviously it is the capital of the Alliance.
I'm not sure if anyone started out with Achenar.

16,500Ly from Wuru in Empire space. never heard of Sol, (on checking Galwiki ) : didnt he play football in the late 20th century?

3000 ly out heading back to the core for the third time (one unsuccessful). Going to check out the neutron star fields on this go. Also, in no big rush this time and actually stopping to look at stuff and scan it properly. Hope to see a few of you as you pass me by. Will try to hang out in open when not taking selfies. Safe journey Cmdrs.

Approx 30,000 ly and still wandering from system to system. Cherry picking those coloured balls and sometimes scanning a gassy big one. No interest in snowballs, never liked the fights. Always get it in the face, hehehe :D

100 ly from Sol, in my home system of ELEU-SANTJALAN.

Just returned from a +3 months exploration two weeks ago. And been fighting the Plague ever since and even fell sick myself this weekend

Taking a break to stabilize home, and then digest all the data accumulated.

Will be back in the black in a couple of months or so.

Just left Imperial space late last night. Currently ~700 ly out, just on the far side of the bowl, heading towards Sag A*, in a very wandery fashion, as I'm writing up the trip for an ongoing AAR thread over at Mudspike.
