Hardware & Technical Why 4350 is in recommended specs given the fact that is a rather slow CPU

Interesting info about 720

Personally, I wouldn't go for that, while it'll run (in theory) even 720p will be pushing it. If you have to buy new & need a low power requirements small form factor card (it also works for normal size PC's) I would, with a massive push go for the GT 1030 if all I require is 720p. In the UK this card is only around £60-£70 which makes it ok for what it does & as it's in the same ballpark as the GTX 750 should adequately play EDH at 720p.

That said, if you can find a GTX 750ti or GTX 950 for cheaper second hand, I'd go for one of those any day over the 1030.

Interesting info about 720

Yeah I was surprised to say the least. I'm not saying it ran well or even at higher resolutions, but it did run. I mean it was a bit jittery at times but I got off of the ground so to speak on the GT 720. I mean the fan on the 720 is literally like the size of a US quarter. SMALL! I had to save my pennies for a while to even upgrade to a quad core machine (that came stock with the 720) from a Pentium just to realize the Kickstarter dream for myself. Finally got there in May 2015.

As quickly as I could I saved a few more pennies and bought the GTX750 and ran with it until I decided to go with an RX 480 8GB card shortly after they came out in '16.

It just goes to show that you don't need an i7 and a 1080 to run Elite, though a setup like that might be nice. :D
