Why am i losing credits?

Ive been losing credits and have no idea why

I was at 187,000 when it went down to 184,000

At first I thought I had just read it wrong, but today while playing, it went down to 169,000


Thing is, ive not docked anywhere as ive been exploring, no bounties, fines or anything like that have shown up, this is the second day in a row this has happened

My cashing in of exploring has covered this, but I cant find any explantion for why they went down when I was in deep space and haven't even fired my weapons at anyone

You're not the only one, there's at least one other thread I know of.

This was on the patch notes for the latest server update today - it was the first item. I'm not 100% sure it addresses this problem but I hope so:
Hot-fixes from over the weekend:

- When a distributed transaction fails in a certain way, make sure the servers roll back such that Commanders' credit balances should be added to, even if we might have failed to remove the item they were selling

What I recommended in the other thread was to screenshot (F10) any mission etc just before you finish it and just after it, and if you're missing money to ticket it to Frontier as a bug with the screen shots as evidence.

This sounds like a bug, get it ticketed. Your credits shouldn't be going down at all for no apparent reasons.

Ok ill put in a ticket, I don't have another ship but Im going to definantly screenshot all my transactions in game from now on just to be safe,
