Why am I not getting a WANTED tag?

I realized I never PowerPlayed for the Yuri Grom containment missile, so I aligned with him just after 3.0 went live.

So now I'm at the community goal in Arek and I'm interdicting and attacking traders, but I'm not getting any bounties. The system isn't Anarchy, and the players I've attacked haven't been listed as PowerPlay "Enemy".

Thoughts?

There's the chance all the traders have had their crimes off, but unlikely I think. My crimes are on, mostly, since I'm not WANTED in the system.

If you dare for 2 hour cooldown - what happens when you snap NPC?

Also if you feel this is bug, report to FD Support ASAP. This sounds a bit major.

I did some mutual pvp yesterday.
It was nice not to have to clear a wanted tag.
