Why are Empire ranks Sexist?

I'm working to get my last two Empire ranks, but it's occurred to me, why are all the Empire ranks sexist?

For example, they are... Squire, Knight, Lord, Baron, Viscount, Count, Earl, Duke, Prince, and King.

Now, I'm no expert on sexual equality but I can spot a missing Lady, Baroness, Countess, Princess, and Queen.

I'm not criticising Frontier, just throwing this out as a question.

What is your definition of sexist?


I wouldn't call it sexist, it is most likely something Frontier did forget about at the time of introducing the Commanders update because before that you were not able to choose your CMDR's biological gender (as far as I know).
Or these titles are 'genderless' in Elite.

Maybe they will change it in the future. But please dont call something/someone 'sexist' unless you know it to be true.
