What is with getting a massacre mission (e.g. kill members of the Tollan Hand Gang) and I end up spending hours and hours, in the designated system, trying to complete the mission because 90% of the ships that I encounter there, that are wanted members of said Tollan Hand Gang, are somehow mysteriously NOT a "Mission Target"... WTH?
Seriously, I have one mission to kill 56 of them and it has taken me 2 days and I am only up to 26 kills. Why? Because I have encountered and killed several hundred so far who were wanted (yeah, I was reaping a lot of cash because they were 'Wanted') but so few of them were actual Mission Targets.
My mission is to kill members of the Tollan Hand Gang... Why then are the majority of wanted members of the Tollan Hand Gang also, by default (since it's them I am ordered to massacre), not listed as a Mission Target? This used to not be the case. When I got a mission to massacre members of a particular faction, in a particular system, I went there and (low and behold) all members of said faction in that system were both Wanted and a designated Mission Target... but since some update last month, this has not been the case. I figured it would get fixed, but nope. Nothing to-date. Seriously frustrating.
