Why are my Red Pandas dying?

I have a problem since putting in a Red Panda habitat. I get notifications to say they are dehydrated, so I click to send the keeper in. I watch him walk in, stand at the entrance, turn and walk out. The water dish is right in front of him and easily accessible.
Any ideas why this is happening?? I’ve lost 4 now to the same thing.

Just use the water pump which provides infinite water supply, saves you a lot of trouble and dead animals...

Move the water bowl a little, maybe the terrain is too uneven so that the animals cannot reach it.

I once had that with my Kattas.
After I moved the bowl and flattened the pond, the animals could reach the water.

I always go for these, even if they look less prettier...

But I think the bowl is in a unreachable spot.. Could be a slight elevation issue??
I think a screenshot will help a lot, in this case.

Right, didn't think of the placement 'cause you only mentioned keepers not refilling it, but that could be a reason as well. Try checking the traversable area using the heat maps to see if that's the case and if it it move it to a different location.

@Nat1984 where you able to work out what the issue was? There's a lot of helpful suggestions in the thread, and it would also be useful to post a screenshot in case the advice posted hasn't worked for you!
