Why are these menu buttons constantly showing?

Why? Just why? This is such an obvious console game....

The final quality control of this game is really really bad.

This kind of thing is prevalent in professional software like Blender and is incredibly useful, I'm not sure what it's got to do with consoles at all haha. And also great if you can turn it off if you wish, as Iben says!

Is it me or are some folks being extremely picky about things? I know Frontier has not been great in communicating with the community...if they did we would of known you can turn that off...but it just seems like a lot of nit picking as of late.
Its not being picky. You see it in every video or stream and its very distracting especially since you do not have this in planet coaster 1.

So if you 'can turn it off' how come nobody does turn it off? Theres probably a few dozen people that have the game already, assuming they have experience with planco1, why would they decide to keep this distracting console UI? Since they didnt need it in planco1.. It doesnt make sense, unless you cannot remove it.

Sigh.

Maybe people didn't remove it because it didn't bother them? Maybe for some people it might not be distracting? Has that crossed your mind? I get that you're disappointed with the game, but not everyone cares about exactly the same things as you. You very much are being picky if you keep going even after someone already told you that it can be turned off.

I also think some people just complain for the sake of complaining. I do really love the accessibility feature and for new players, it's super helpful to see right away which key to press. I don't get distracted by it, so I would assume it's just preference, even though I might be in the minority with it.

And don't blame it on Frontier if you were either too lazy to go through all the settings (which appear to be quite extended with many options) - or just didn't have the chance to get early access.

Wait for the final game in 2 days, play it yourself and THEN judge it. This kind of nit picking is really tireting at some point.. (if it's a broken feature or bug, of course I agree to critique!).

I don't think they are buttons at all or a product of a console UI. They look like contextual tool tips that tell you what key presses are available for the active function. And very useful when you're just learning a new software package (or game in this case) or for someone who hasn't played in a while! I, for one, appreciate them and probably won't turn them off. But, I'm glad they can be turned off for those who do find them distracting.
