Why cant i go to my other islands

Why cant I go to Isla Muerta I have a 4.5 star rating so I know I can so every time I do it brings me to the main menu and says Operation failed Creators of this game its not only me so please fix the glitch. and always remember that I love your game ! I love everything about it
