Why can't the dinosaurs and the map in general have the detail they did in the Trailer #2 again and all their features?

This is based upon how some of the dinosaurs actually look as well in comparison to the film, the Parasaurolophus is too cute, the Triceratops looks wrinkly, I just think the dinosaurs that were in the trailer. I just think this could add a bit more realism and also with the kinds of ferns that were around as well.

If this trailer could be brought to life in the version of the game we have now or in a future sequel, then that would make the game more atmospheric in my opinion

That's how it goes in video game, including any sort of project/work, development. Some visual/artistic details can change in some big or small way before retail release. It's always been like that.
