Why cant we have the hutton mug as a cosmetic?

Not sure if this is the correct place to post but I wonder why we cant have the hutton mug as a cosmetic in our cockpit?

Like I want to be able to see my beautiful mug in my cockpit and not only be able to see it in my cargo hold on my right hand panel. Also Im kinda curious does it exist any other rare commercial that you would like to have as a cosmetic in your cockpit?

I have suggested in the past a trophy case, that you fill up with by buying all the rare goods. This would be placed in the cockpit, and allow you choose what to display of all the rare goods you have collectred.

So long as this has to be unlocked by visiting Hutton Orbital (which I'm sure is your intention) 100% behind this.

As for other things to have, my vote is for a jar of Pavonis Ear Grubs.

already visited hutton orbital =P best part the only reason I was in that system was to collect some materials and was ohh look hutton orbital lets go there arrives to realise I was flying my conda and not my python =P So I couldnt land

I need to hang my spare Eleu Thermals up to dry somewhere (my best I'm wearing of course), and there's plenty of room for a washing line across the back of most cockpits.

I have my Hutton mug sitting just in front of the cockpit canopy....

On the shelf holding the PC monitor. I'd really like to have it as a bobblehead, but the real thing is a treasure...

The Hutton Mug is a rare goods item and gets expensive the further you get from its origins this means owing to the location of the factory that makes ship cosmetic items that the factory cannot afford to buy the mugs in as source material and if they did no pilots are likely to pay what they would charge for them.

Faking the mug would bring the truckers legal department down on them a group with a more fearsome reputation than Disney's copyright violation divisions.

But if for say that we could buy the mug and then "consume" lose the cargo but gain it as a cosmetic instead

It'd make a lot more sense than Christmas lights and Lostwinds bobble heads, but the art direction of ED store items is by the same people who do the Argos catalogue, unfortunately.
