Why did my keeper think this was a good idea?

Why did my keeper put meat in the pond where the wolves can't reach it?
Glad I have water treatment turned off... And yes, the meat is rotten

Maybe it is from the Piñata-Enrichment-Items and it was reset by the Zookeeper.

I don't think it was put in there by the Zookeeper. I know the Zookeepers can't even walk trough really shallow Water.

I thought about that afterwards honestly XD
They really should make it so that keepers can at least walk through shallow water. It's like they all have Aquaphobia or something XD
