Why did they take a holiday break? Can't wrap my head around it.

People can disagree about it all they want but the fact is that releasing the game before Christmas in the state its in, online only and everything, and then going on holiday leaving it unsupported is not good for the image of the game or the company.

I didn't buy until release, i'm not a backer, but i can tell you i have never seen a game this good be released so badly before.

Oh for gods sake get over yourself.

Isn't New Years Day a bank holiday where you come from? It is in the Uk. And they'll get back to work when they are good and ready, probably Monday.

No one here has said "they shouldnt be allowed christmas", what the general gist of 90% of the people disagreeing with their decision was, that they shouldnt go on holiday IMMEDIATELY after release, which would have been fixed if they saved the game in beta and released instead on say, january 1-5, so everyone's holidays are wrapping up. the ONLY reason they had for squeezing a release out at the end of 2014 like that was for the christmas cash-flow so they could go and splurge while we sat on our bums with bugs

I lol'd when I realised there were 21 pages to this thread.

Seriously though, enjoy your Christmas & New Year - there's enough shovelling to be done starting next week and it can definitely wait until then.

Just a thought, you are checking the right page in your account?
I bought the game in September and in 'my downloadable' products the download is greyed out
It can however be downloaded from ''my dashboard'.
I'm sure you have tried this but it doesn't hurt to be informed again.
Hope you get to play soon :)
Yeah, I downloaded the launcher from my dashboard, since the download link on my downloads page is greyed out just like yours. The problem comes when I try to log in to my account in the launcher itself, and it says I don't have access to the game. It's an issue on Frontier's side, not mine, so all I can do is keep waiting and hoping that things start moving again with a full support staff.

Thanks, though.
