What is going on? Why all of a sudden we need permits to land on planets now?
Horizons Why do we need permits to land on planet now??

What planet?
Maybe they plan some special bases or events there. Places where the Dev's can play with future content 
I can't glide here in Wingji. I have missions that I have to go to the planet surface.
But the my ship's computer is keep telling me that I don't have permit to land here. I can't even glide to the surface. My ship will just drop out like that.
And no matter how long I fly with normal thruster, that planet is not getting any closer

Which planets are you talking about? The only moon that I know of that requires a permit is the one around Neptune...
Every planet I go, I can't land
...and did you select Horizons from the launcher rather than the normal one?
Or have you managed to sell off your planetary approach suite?

Pls check again if you really run horizons version.
Than make sure that you actual wear a planetary suite and that you didn't selled it accidentally
If the problem remains there is only the option to open a ticket for support o.o

And earth's moon too. Because they need to handcraft it.... or find the planetary generation right key, so that it somewhat looks like ours.

Beside even if I did, I am sure it wouldn't tell me about the perimit

Seems, like the server is missing, that you are an authorized Horizons player. Try to log off and back in in the game launcher. Maybe it recognizes the missing permission then. Otherwise, i would contact support, so they can check, what is gone wrong with your account.
^ Yes, that one too... I couldn't remember if it was just blank, or had a red hat like Triton.

Have you switched ship recently and not fitted a planetary approach suite?
If it isn't that, I have no other suggestions.

I quite the game, but didn't quite the launcher. Then I re-enter the game, everything went back to normal.
Scare the be Jesus out of be. I have more than 20 million credits worth of contracts that need to be done within 4 hours.
