A simple question as the title says.
Currently in science, life on gas giants is hypothetical at best. Yet in game, gas giants with life pay less than almost any other gas giant types.
What makes this especially confusing is that these giants pay less than their respective dead types.
Gas giants w/ ammonia life pay up to 1,700, while class 1 gas giants (aka ammonia clouds) pay up to 7000.
Gas Giants with Water life pay up to 2300, while class 2 gas giants (aka water clouds) pay up to 54000.
It just seems very strange, and possibly even unintended on the dev's part :S . Wouldn't biologist be rather interested in all the strange stuff growing on these planets? Maybe they have microbes that produce strange and rare chemicals that can be harvested.
Thanks for any replies.
