You've been unlucky. I spent 2 hours last night in a RES being presented with Deadly/Dangerous Pythons, Dropships, Clippers and Cobras. I earned 3.5 million credits. I actually WANTED smaller ships because I'm after kills not credits.

Then you were unlucky too.. getting a "good" RES as you did is less common than the ones with smaller ships. I think if you reset that RES just once you'd have had what you wanted.

I found that the higher ranked ships were more common in low sec system high intensity RESs too.. like Lambayeque

If you basically just want to farm credit, RES's are still the way to go. You must however reset the instance a couple of times in order for the big ships to spawn though.

**This** just quit to menu and back until you see larger pirates. Then farm that RES till you get bored. You can make 5+mil per hour easily with a Vulture in a good RES.

just moved to a combat site to tst the claim that the bounty there pay good.. a low intensity cause thats the only one i could find nearby ..ROFL just made 350-400k in 8 minuts(below 10).... i think it was 380k but yeah i will stick to combat sites now

no more 15 times resetting an res site and after 20-30 mins its dry again cause all is green (police)

I agree with that, there should not be endless streams of large ships, but also not endless streams of small ships. The whole way the instancing works is stupid. Every next ship should be random.

The BB missions don’t make sense either.

Faction : Go kill 7 pirates in that system
Me: What about killing pirates in this system?
Faction : No good
Me: What about killing more than 7 pirates?
Faction : No use to us.
Me: So if I see any more pirates there just leave them?
Faction : Yes
Me: Your rival faction have already asked me to go kill 9 pirates over there.
Faction : That’s fine, good for them
Me: Should I kill 7 more for you guys?
Faction: Nope, we’ll count it as part of the 9 you do for them.

And the worst part is, since 1.3 compartmentalized major faction bounties into all the local bounties, you can't even collect the bounties from the pirates you shot in that other system, when you return to the station that sent you on the mission. No, instead you also have to dock somewhere in that other system. Good luck if that happens to be a station 100k away. It's basically necessary to check such systems not just for the factions present (never do pirate hunt missions where there is no pirate gang, you'll have to fight the regular factions, possibly hurting your rep with them), but also the distance to the nearest station.

Maybe just buy a sidewinder at the nearest system you can and use that to collect bounty's from outposts .. but in truth people should pay attention to the mission the are accepting check out the system the mission is in before taking it. simple

I just finally went on a clear-out mission, and only because the names of the systems were in the faction name. Good luck to those trying to find the one system in the last 85 that has the "Purple Hand Democracy" faction.
