Given that, as others have said, flights are relatively short, you don't really need to be simulating the full effects of gravity; you just need to be making it easy for your passengers to get around the ship.
So using a combination of mag boots and metal strips woven into clothing to simulate the effects of gravity on the body is pretty much all you'd need.
It's probably a safe bet that in these kinds of societies that clothing fashions already include these sorts of things anyway so it's probably all second nature.
