Why is Denton Patreus giving me money?

I am wondering how I got an 1,800 credit Team Trade by Denton Patreus in my transactions tab, I don't recall winging up with anyone lately and am not in PP, more importantly how and where do I get rid of it, preferably by cashing it?

You probably did some trading or handed in exploration data in a Patreus system. You'll have to go to a Patreus controlled system to collect it.

Yeah, I guess a lot of CMDRs picked one of these up during the Christmas treasure hunt and were wondering why and how to get rid of it. (Because the annoyance of it staying in your transactions tab was probably bigger than the credit value for most. )
