Why is it every time I go looking for a war...

There's no war missions to be had!
I've been to any number of stations looking for a good fed war with plenty of missions to earn my remaining 54% for the Vette.
Looking at a board right now:
Salvage structural regulators!
"Hold your fire lads, they've won they found the structural regulators!!"
Deliver 90 units mineral oil!
"Drop your weapons they got the oil out it's clearly futile!!"
Two missions for strategic data transfer!
"Well we're clearly dealing with a vastly superior intellect in the enemy, they went and grassed us up to mother AND father!"
Long story short: why don't the missions on offer relate more to the faction states?

Yes but it's good for my fed rep. It's just frustrating not being able to find the missions I want. Fed/Imp bonds don't count toward rank (weirdly)

Richer factions with more systems owned give more missions.
