Why is my free Viper MIV at Barnard's Star?

I was wondering if anyone knew why my free Viper MIV was put at Miller Depot in the Barnard's Star system?

The only thing that I can think of is this may be where I spawned the last time everything was wiped clean back in Beta in 2014 before the official launch of the game.

Just curious as to why it was place at Miller Depot.

i think all free viper MKIV had been put at miller depot at barnard's star. i don't know for any lore reason, though.

I think mine was elsewhere (sold it a long time ago) since I have never been to Barnard Star yet (and no ships in the location).

It may have spawned the ships at any of the starting locations perhaps??
