I had to re-verify with email and code after updating, is this the issue, otherwise you are going to have to supply more info, and yes, we forum users will give you your money back......oh lol no, you're asking the wrong people!!!!!

Well, I might, but it would also involve the dancing pole and tub of vaseline that I've recently acquired for just such a situation.

As you have seen from the responses so far, asking on a public forum isn't going to help. Contact Frontier Customer Support & they will explain the reasoning to you and what, if anything, you can do to solve the problem.

Pretty sure support will still need more than what's in the OP to go on though.

Does it not install?
Does it not update?
Does the launcher not work to allow the game to be started?
Can a new game not be started?
Does the game not allow you to progress from the initial tutorial?
Does the game not load following progression from the initial tutorial?
Has a Bugblatter beast of Traal started nesting in the space where your PC resides and something about ED threatens to wake it up?

With not one of the above answered it shouldn't be surprising that there would be responses that are making light of the situation.

Maybe suspended becasuse of botting ? But it's all pure speculation and as the OP didn't visit the forums again we'll never know...
