Suddenly noticed I can’t rearm at any outside carrier. So now even the usefulness in war zones is gone. Relogs, mode changes, horizons, doesn’t matter. If you get server error at that carrier you’ll get it forever. Is this new? Never recall seeing this before.
Why is rearming now broken on carriers?

Yes. I’m sure. The tariff is there. The option is present but the answer is “server error”. If the service isn’t available then it’s grayed out.
It's a bug. Been there for a long time. Maybe since Odyssey.
I have not encountered this issue.
And during the Thargoid CG i got more than 1bn in bonds and i rearmed a ton using only random carriers.
Even now, i used a heatsink here and there while ferrying Tritium, rearming works ok
but... seems that lots of people complain about various issues lately
and even tho i said that on my end everything seems to be fine, it did encountered lately some delays when purchasing tritium, like having to press buy twice or even three times or having like 2-3 seconds delay after pressing buy... although these are rather rare and not happen every time...

I have experienced it mining. Maybe it is limited to certain types of hardpoints.
Yer been getting slow responses for a while and servers just went down for me, just wating for them to come back.
And they are back for me.
My operating theory is that if the bug impacts the carrier it impacts services with a tarrif set. The two examples I’ve seen are those services with 0 tariff work and those with any other percentage do not. Just a theory for now. Someone in my squad has indicated my carrier was doing it to them as well.
