Why is there no bulldoze feature?

It'd be a lot easier and faster if we had a bulldozing tool on the bottom right corner of the screen. Instead we have to select the object(s) we want gone for the menu to pop up, then select the bulldoze option. This is especially tedious when building a roller coaster with trees or other objects in the way. Other tycoon games have this feature, so why doesn't Planet Coaster?

You can right click to delete when you're working within a blueprint.

I feel you. Despite how difficult it might be to implement such a feature, it really is a basic feature that should have been in the game since the very beginning.

I am trying to remember correctly, but doesn't City Skylines have a good implementation of the bulldoze feature? If I remember correctly, it is in the same spot the OP mentions in his/her post.
