Newcomer / Intro Why is this happening?

Last night i got dragged out of supercruise with all my systems disabled.

Could not move, had no shields, was running out of air. I assumed this was something he had on his ship that disabled me. But just now i pulled some one out of supercruise and it happenned again. Couldnt move, all systems down. Blown up.

What size power supply do you have installed? Is the wattage sufficient to run all your systems? Are your systems turned on?

turns out i needed more power thanks. didnt know that was a thing.
