SUBJECT: RUFFLED FEATHERS
NOTES: I'M CALLING THIS THE 'COMMON COLD OF GENETICS'. WE CAN'T CURE THIS ONE SOON I'M SURE. BECAUSE WE'RE ACTIVELY MANIPULATING AND MUTATING THE ANIMALS' GE
NES, ADDING FROG, BIRD AND REPTILE DNA, WE CREATE WHAT IS KNOWN AS 'NULL ALLELE'. THE DINOSAURS CANNOT LIVE WITHOUT SOMETHING ADDED TO THEIR CODE SO FOR NOW
WE'RE STUCK WITH SCALES. MAYBE MY RESEARCH INTO GENE SPLICING WILL UNEARTH THIS PROBLEM, IT CERTAINLY PROVED ITS LIMITLESS CAPABILITIES WITH THAT ACCIDENT WE
LEFT ON SORNA.

---END LOG---
I also found this awsome map, if we gets the possible and want to recreate the park later on Nublar

Another cookie? [haha]
Best regards

"Accident we left on Sorna" being the JP3 Velociraptors? Because they totally should have brought those to Jurassic World lol.

I've seen others suggest Spinosaurus too since "accident" is singular and Spinosaurus was a secret project.

It's also possible that this suggests that feathered dinosaurs may come into the picture down the road.

Where did you find that and how? I looked at the website and couldn't find much. I did mess around with the terminal but didn't find anything interesting.

It says in the message that they are stuck with scales. Well I would say most Dinosaurs had scales. Right now only a few Dinosaurs had feathers that we know about. They said the T-Rex had feathers and then they said it didn't, it was most likely covered in scale or it had some feathers and it would have been more like fur.

I don't really care. As long as feathers are optional. I guess if there is hard proof that the Dinosaur in question had feathers then fine.

You can trigger certain messages like this by typing in specific years, names etc.

The sad thing is I thought this was common knowldge until that thread a few days ago.

I mean, I had always just assumed it was due to the filling of the sequence gaps that prevented them from having feathers, but I wasn't sure if it was canonically explained.

We are playing a Jurassic world game and I would expect the dinosaurs to look like the ones from the movies and I'm very happy that they do.
I think I said enough in the other thread about my believes about feathers.
