PvP Why no fine and bounty for me, despite my clearly criminal acts?

The system isn't anarchy, powerplay played no part, he wasn't wanted, etc. I still got anonymous access, but no fines or bounties or notoriety. Odd.

Just skip to the last minute or so to see what I mean. Everything before that is just me tracking the guy through multiple systems.

Did he/she turn crimes off before the fight? Any way to find that out? Did he/she got damaged by a duel before? Only thing I can explain it with...

The video clearly shows that you have a 200CR fine. That's where your anonymous access comes from.
How you got that fine isn't clear though.
