Why no "Request Docking" at a Station???

Hi,

Noob here, been playing for 3-4 days now, and I came across two station (Volta being the current one) where I don't even have the request docking option??? Anyone can shed a light?

Also when tracking a certain person for a mission, will this person be and Unidentifiable source or just a regular target...been flying to all the unidentifiable source in the target system with no luck....

First question - definitively a bug.
If you don't have it under left panel Contacts > [name of the base] > Request Docking than restart - If you still don't have an option - Submit a ticket.

Are you trying to do this high reward quests? Remember its Anacondas - most of them are kind of high end Anacondas BUT if you willing to try - All things from bulletin boards (except courier, trade etc) can be found in Unidentified Signal Source (USS) areas. Except pirates - those can be found also in mining areas, nav points... If you hunt for one named guy in three systems - the easiest way to find him is to stick to one and fly from SS to USS. Eventually you will find a guy that will state that [badass/your target] is watching you - and a small clue where is he. You open than your quest panel and name of only one system will be there instead of 3. Go to that system and again - USS.

No just picked up the first mission at LH something lol hunt down a terrorist, Pat Burns in Kini or some other system, lol sorry I am still having a hard time with the names of the different systems...but yeah I am now stuck in the system with the Volta station with no more fuel to go anywhere else and no docking options lol
