Why none of my wolf can breed because they are all beta now?

How do you solve this? None of them can breed because they are all beta, no alpha in neither of my packs, timber or arctic. Suggestions?

I saw this in another post I think. Try and move them all to the Trade center and then back into the habitat, that might fix it

I moved all the wolves to the trade center, besides the pair I wanted as the alphas, and waited a while. Eventually they sorted themselves out and started breeding.
