Ships Why not have a class 7 passenger cabin?

I could rescue 32 more refugees in a run from a burning station in my humanitarian aid Anaconda bringing the total number of passengers up to a nice round 200, instead we only have maximum size class 6 passenger cabins.

This wouldn't break the game, and is not unbalanced in any way, so why not Frontier? It's not going to break the bank either, as it wouldn't take up much of a devs time to make this addition.

No passenger liner can fit class 7 slots. Sadly, this also reminds me how a Beluga Liner (large ship that's made specifically for passenger carrying) cannot fit as many passengers as a conda/vette. Class 7 passenger cabins would only increase this difference, as only the conda/vette have this size.
