Why on earth are there still stupid track restrictions when we turn them off?

Why? It should completely turn them off, not give me a ❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎ error when i try to smooth a straight piece of track. Come on, this seems like such an easy feature to implement. Stop the restrictions box from coming up and allow the perfectly normal track piece (in red) to be placed!

While I agree that we should be able to push the boundaries more when you have track restrictions turned off, what exactly are you expecting to happen if you're trying to smooth a straight track? [tongue]
