I've been stationed at Bixby Station for a few weeks now and have been bounty hunting on its High RESs since then.
Today I've noticed that I have some bounties that I haven't collected yet.

However when I dock at the station and go to Contacts to collect them, it says I don't have any.
Anyone has an idea why?

It does say Collect at any station.

I've been collecting my bounties at this station for weeks and never had this problem.

They are bounties you need to collect in other systems where the mentioned factions are present. Or bring them to a redemption thingy on a fc or to an interstellar factor

Yep, thrirded. The bounties were for factions outside of the system you got them. For maximum profit, you can find the minor factions in the other systems but, to be honest, it's not a great deal of cash and you'd, IMHO, be better served popping in to an Interstellar Factor.

Sorry, I meant Bixby Port on G 139-21
The bounties were all picked on the High RES on G 139-21 system. I do not do bounty hunt in any other system.

They do say "at any station". I think that if they were supposed to be collected on other systems they would mention which.

Yeah, that’s a lie. It has to be a station where the faction is present, or there is an interstellar factors contact lol. Blame Fdev for that one!

Are you using a Kill Warrant Scanner as well? That could be another reason you’re getting bounty rewards from odd places.

No unfortunately it is just worded poorly.
Regarding the picture above, for example, "At any station" means "At any station where Nicassee United Limited is present".

Also, looking at the numbers, most of them seem like a one-ship bounties. So maybe they are ships you just killed on your travels all around the place?

You can indeed find an Authority Contact on any station, you just need to find a station with a contact associated with Nicassee United Limited.

Now if you have only been collecting these bounties in the one system and have not been using a Kill Warrant Scanner then they should be present at one of the five stations in the system, though if you have been there a while it could be possible that they had only a small toehold in the system and have been forced out before you tried to cash in.

Yes I am using a Kill Warrant Scanner.
But I've been using it for many days now and only this time I got this situation.

No, as I said, I am stationed at Bixby Port for weeks now and have only been bounty hunting in its High RES.
Haven't travelled much outside and in the few times I have, I didn't kill anyone.

So how am I to know where to collect those bounties?
Do I have to use EDDB or Inara to find out?
Or just go to an Interstellar Factor and give 25% for free?

Sometimes the ships you scan with the KWS don't have bounties from outside the system sometimes they do, the way to get all your money from the bounties you pick up that way is to hunt down the factions that offered the bounty (using EDDB or Inara) and trek over to collect it, I consider it better to find the nearest Interstellar Factor (in a low security system) and settle for the 75% remaining after they have taken their cut.

I’d say the 25% fee is worth the time you’ll save over searching and traveling to different systems to collect, as these are relatively small amounts to begin with.

Yes, I guess it was only coincidence that I've been using the KWS for days now and only in the last bounty hunting session I got 18 ships with bounties in different systems.
