Why would my SRV guns stop working?

Any suggestions as to why my SRV guns would stop working? They have been working just fine, I find 2 close outcrops, and it works on one, but not the other. I have not knowingly switched anything off. I have a fire group set up, I have refreshed the ammunition. The data link scanner seems to be happy to be fired. Al modules are switched onand it says OUTPUT 100%, USAGE 99%, which I assume means I have enough power. What am I likely to have forgotten/missed.broken, etc?

simply because you (probably for mistake) you switched the power all to eng and shields leaving none to weapons.
