Why's the rum gone?

I've taken a while scouring lists to make sure I'm not being an idiot, but I can't find any rare rum anywhere. And, whilst I'm on the subject, I can't find rum anywhere either. Now, considering we've got a major power that's made up entirely of pyrats, I must admit some surprise and sadness at this fact. I can understand rare rum might require some kind of community goal, and I'm never popular enough to start up something like that, but I'm surprised there isn't any rum to be found in the whole galaxy. If someone can please tell me I'm wrong, I'll be eternally grateful. Otherwise, I guess I'll have to hope the Evil Juice doesn't kill me in the long run...
