General / Off-Topic Whz does a hat cost the same as a burger or a milkshake?

While playing i saw that in the displays in the shops there is always the same price (12.99)
i think 12.99 is a little expensive for a burger or even a milkshake. more so when i saw that a hat does also cost 12.99
why does a burger cost as much as a hat?
:p dont take it to serious, just wondered.

It's PREMIUM foodstuffs. Everything PREMIUM is expensive. Ever went to an extremely upscale restaurant? For 40,- you get a dish contain 1 pea and 1 carrot and have it called 'haute cuisine'! [haha]
