Wie nehme ich Kontakt zum Support auf? // How do I contact Support?

Hallo zusammen,

ich habe mir vor Ewigkeiten Elite Dangerous gekauft. Ich meine es war damals sogar noch zur Betaphase. Nun wollte ich mal wieder reinschauen, kann das Spiel aber nicht runterladen. Ich müsste es neu kaufen. Leider finde ich keine Möglichkeit Frontier Developments zu kontaktieren. Habt Ihr da eine Mailadresse bzw. einen link zu deren Kontaktformular. Das was ich gefunden habe scheint nur dafür zu dienen Fehler des Spiels an sich zu melden.

I bought Elite Dangerous ages ago. I mean, it was even in the beta phase at that time. Now I wanted to take a look again, but can't download the game. I would have to buy it new. Unfortunately, I can't find a way to contact Frontier Developments. Do you have an email address or a link to their contact form? What I found seems to be only used to report bugs of the game itself.

I don't know what you found, but the support contact page is at
https://customersupport.frontier.co.uk/hc/en-us/requests/new (language selection on the support page seems to be arbitrary - this time, I got the English version...)

Sounds like you have indeed found your way to the bug report page rather than the customer support page;

Maybe try this? It's complicated to get assistance directly you need to do a search on your problem then follow links down a rabbit hole, don't know if this will work for you;

If you bought the game during Beta then you should be able to download the launcher installer from Frontier's store.

Log in to the store here using the e-mail / password of the account associated with your original purchase: https://www.frontierstore.net/customer/account/login/

Then go to: https://www.frontierstore.net/downloadable/customer/products/ where you should be able to download the launcher from the "My Downloadable Products" section - given when you bought the game it may be called something like "Elite Dangerous - Beta".
