Wildlife Preserve/Conservation Mode

A Conservation mode where instead of building a typical zoo the focus is building a successful wildlife preserve or conservation park (i.e. like the wilds at the Columbus zoo; Yukon Wildlife Preserve); less emphasis on guests and more emphasis on breeding animals, additional research bonuses, releasing animals to the wild, start with a basic safari set up, potentially build guest "resorts", nature camps for guests; conservation zoo location limits the animals you would be preserving; purchasing land to expand the preserve; wildlife emergencies (i.e. fire sweeps through area and people rescue/donate animals to zoo that we heal/feed then sell, breed, or release to wild); developmental limits where only so many buildings are allowed or they must be sustainable to maintain the preserve.

Reminds me of the conservation areas back in ZT2!!
We could also implement browsing/grazing from existent foliage to allow more naturalistic behaviour too. Also some extent of feed production buildings or water tower to supply feed as in WLP2 just like in real life sanctuaries.
