Zoo Tycoon Will a sequel be made?

If so, I really hope that you guys take all the compliments and criticisms on this page to heart. You've made a solid game, now you guys can work on it to make it even better. Expand on the exhibits, the mini exhibits, species diversity and numbers and all those little complaints we have, while keeping all the praised elements as well.

One would think that what you are asking for could be accomplished via Title Updates and DLC. Especially since the game just came out.

Unless I dreamt it, I think Mr Braben said once that they do not intend to write another Elite game after this one, as this one will evolve and continue to grow for years to come. Like other MMO's it'll be expansion packs until no-one is interested anymore

I almost wrote the same thing.
Then I saw this is about Zoo Tycoon X)

But it's not absolutely impossible that Elite could feature an "Alien Zoo Tycon" expansion. Big game hunting was mentioned by DB, so hunting and gathering exotic procedurally generated species in a "zoo space station" could actually become a requested feature
