Will I loose my missions if I buy a new ship?

I am signed up for the war in Quivira and I want to go buy a Vulture.

If I go buy a Vulture will I still be signed up for the war in Quivira and still get the bonus that I have earned so far?

After I buy the Vulture will my Quivira mission still show up on the left panel under the Transactions tab and will I still be able to get my bonus that I have earned so far after the Quivira CG is over?

Right now I am in the top 40% and I do not want to have to sign up again and start at the bottom.

Yes all missions transfer with ships with the exception of cargo transfer mission as you can't store a ship with cargo nor swap it between ships (yet, hopefully) so you won't be able to buy a new ship if you have any of those outstanding

As long as you don't blow up you'll keep missions and rewards afaik as that's the only time they reset. Otherwise you wouldn't be able to swap ships for instance if you have one stored without losing progress which would be stupid.
