Will i loose progress if i reinstall game?

Hi, probably an extremly silly question to some but my galaxy map is bugged, i assume it's because i've been running the same client since beta and something hasn't quite updated correctly somewhere along the line.

I want to reinstall the game but will i loose progress or is my progress saved server side?

just want to make sure before i uninstall.

in a word, no. it's saved server side.
