Will Oculus update my launcher for the new Odyssey download?

I have pre-ordered Odyssey and currently my ED and my Horizons copy is installed through the Oculus site because of my Riff S, so far when I try launching ED now to get Odyssey it keeps telling me I have to update my ED launcher, will Oculus update my ED launcher for Odyssey so I can download Odyssey? So far I am getting nowhere trying to get my copy of Odyssey that I already paid for. Thanks for any and all information.

Maybe it will show when it is available?

Bearing in mind I don't use it, so am only stabbing in the dark. I did try that at a swingers party once though....it wasn't what I had hoped for.

Oculus store did automatically update my launcher, but right now the option to install Odyssey is grayed out on said launcher.

I'm not getting even that far, ED keeps telling me I have to update my launcher and so far I can't through the oculus site.

Can't offer much there but to make sure that it's updated in the Oculus store app. I got the horizons update at least that way.

FYI, I gave up and just installed the standalone client. Loaded up like a charm and installing Odyssey now.
