You should be able to pick up a 1 or 2 hop mission that gives 25 or 32 of them right there.
Usually Passengers but often regular missions too.
I’m 5 hours away from my PC, or I would.

Modular Terminals are provided as mission reward only. You should be in good relations (above neutral) with a faction to get a mission with Modular Terminals reward.
