Will space-Tesla be added in Elite and foundable?

As everydoby knows, SpaceX has luanched a Tesla in space today.

Will this Tesla be added in Elite ?

In 3304, data archaeologists at the University of Utopia Planitia discovered video of an "automobile" being launched from Earth towards Mars. Upon release of this information, Commander [redacted] immediately set about to locate this ancient artifact. When he did, he destroyed it, because lulz.

Meh... First the moon and its landing sites, I'd say.
I’ve about given up hope of actually getting to land on Earth’s moon on ED any time in the next 5 years. We haven’t heard a peep on the subject in over a year now. Maybe they forgot?

Please don't include this arrogant jerk's vanity stunt in the game.

such a jerk for doing things people said he would fail to do.

Sometime arrogance is earned. It may be rude but if it doesn't block your ability to do things, meh. feel free to start your own competing companies built on empathy kindness to your fellow man and see how far you get.

I doubt very much if it's trans-Mars injection heliocentric orbit will be sustained until 3304 - no doubt some pirate will have stolen it as soon as they could manage it in the 21st century.

Or fetched it and put it in the Smithsonian.

From the few Interviews I've seen with Elon Musk, he came as across as being remarkably humble. I remember someone asking him a while ago about the risks with launching Falcon heavy, and what steps they were taking to manage them. Elon talked for ages about how he expected it to fail, because so much had to go just right, so many unknown's and how he would be personally happy if it just cleared the launch pad.

it seemed to me that he was being very truthful, which is a rare quality I think from people holding a similar position.

to be fair, If I had created a heavy payload rocket with reusable booster rockets a whole line of electric cars and slept with amber heard and charlise theron I'd be a bit of a arrogant prik to.

I don't think it was as much as a vanity stunt as a publicity stunt. I'm sure this will have risen the profile of his cars a bit.

It's true that they could have used that payload for something useful, even if they were completely unsure of its success, but the most interesting aspect of this launch is that it was a commercial venture. Maybe the *world's most expensive advert is the most apt payload under the circumstances.

*you know what I mean

Publicity stunt? Yes. But, a brilliant one.

Putting the car into orbit, made the launch front page news. Despite the achievement of a privately funded organization launching the biggest rocket ever and putting a substantial payload into deep space, without the Roadster it wouldn't have gotten anywhere near the attention it did. Space exploration just isn't important to enough people. But, maybe this will make some more interested.
